So many people: my husband, my daughters, my parents, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Albert Schweitzer, and Jane Goodall

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Hike, take photos, garden, read, go to art museums, eat ice cream, and volunteer with the Fort Thomas Forest Conservancy

Favorite Bible story / passage and why?
Job 12:7-10; I’ve always felt closest to God when I’m in nature, far away from civilization. I find the answers to my questions through God’s creation.  

What is something quirky about you?
I create creatures from dried natural objects. I have a closet full of dried things like acorns, pine cones, and feathers. 

Which cartoon character is most like you?
Perhaps one of the three fairies in Sleeping Beauty because they fumble around a lot but they mean well. I would say Merryweather because my favorite color is blue but my daughter says it’s Flora because I’m bossy. 

Best book you’ve read (other than the Bible)?
The Harry Potter book series. They inspire readers to consider the power of friendship, loyalty, forgiveness, and that there is no greater power than love.
