As we have all seen from other sources and events, there are strong and valid concerns about the spread of the Covid-19 virus internationally and locally. Following the recommendations of our state officials, the council of Christ Church has made the decision to cancel worship and other activities here at Christ Church for at least the next week.  We will evaluate middle of next week about plans beyond that time.  

You will be receiving a longer and more detailed email in the next day or so with further details of how we will be able to worship together electronically via Facebook Live on Sunday and also about how we will continue to be the body of Christ for one another and our community in the immediate days ahead.  You can also check the website, our facebook page, and social feeds for updated information.  Please also know that our council members will be reaching out to members who do not have internet access.  

Do not forget the ongoing message of Scripture when challenges and difficulties come…do not be afraid…I will never leave you or forsake you…I am with you always…These are firm promises that are here for us all.
